I'm the surfer - Hang loose
In this review, we will focus on the AK Green Popart and AK Green Original models. Similar to the Yellow, these two variants only differ in color. We will therefore refer to the Green as a standardized model.

Ride Report
AK Green - The carving specialist. The AK Green is our "surfer" that turns every day of skiing into a special experience. The unique geometry, with a width of 82 mm under the binding, provides an absolute adrenaline kick. The Green is designed to be significantly wider, the width is not used for off-piste floatation, but for uncompromising performance on the piste.
The geometry enables extreme lateral turns without the risk of an inside ski error, which offers a high degree of safety and the opportunity for high-speed skiing. The basetop surface keeps the ski reactive and dynamic.
The Green loves to be skied on the edge - from top to bottom. Its open radii support fast, fluid turns. This ski is 100% focused on carving, while its construction ensures stability on the edge and smooth gliding in the snow. It is important to note that the Green prefers a normal leg position. With a closed leg position, the ski cannot develop its full performance.
My personal recommendation:
The AK Green is characterized by a unique character that sets it apart from more aggressive slalom skis. Instead of powerfully pressing the edges into the snow, the Green glides elegantly and casually over the piste, like a surfer following the waves. With the Green, you should forget about drifting and sliding - what counts here is pure edging.
The Green develops its full potential at the right speed, although it also works well at lower speeds.
The Green is the perfect addition for anyone who already owns an AK ski. It's great for softer or spring-like conditions and offers a welcome change of pace throughout the season. The Green is ideal for skiers looking for a ski that offers a unique feel and can handle all snow conditions. In short, the AK Ski Green is more than just a ski - it's an invitation to conquer the slopes with style, elegance and a touch of nonchalance.
